
These are my thoughts and shares for another Monday
• Last night I spent time clearing out all our inboxes and our ticketing system so that today I could start ahead of myself instead of behind.
• I have also shared a combined list of top tasks for my colleague and I to get through this week.
• My colleague will be creating a banner using CANVA to promote all our team building activities.
• I have performed another key word/search phrase health check for all our google ad campaigns. Its so important to me that we are not wasting our ad budget on all the wrong key words and search phrases.
• I have been into check our retargeting ads within AdRoll and I’ve submitted a ticket about the dynamic product feed ad campaign that I’d like to add to our web retargeting campaign.
• We’ve requested and collected our reviews from experiences enjoyed this past weekend.
• I’ve also added some customer pictures from a recent proposal experience which I arranged. This post is doing extremely well because customers LOVE to see other customers enjoying the products/experiences.
• I have also chased all open orders for payment so that I can submit bookings and close down the orders as complete. I had an issue today whereby a customer felt very hesitant to pay us thinking we are scammers. I shared empathy with her, I sent her our bank letter confirming our account details. I sent her our independent review links and I also sent her our SATSA registration number. All this to say that its important to have ‘noddy badges’ lined up in order to share them with customers who feel uncertain about shopping online.
