I hope your week is going well and that you are making progress with your ecommerce initiative(s).

Just two thoughts along with a Google Primer Lesson for me to share today ~

Topic #1 ~ Curating & Repurposing Content

I look for as many ways as possible to drive traffic to our social media platforms and web site without necessarily having to pay for the pleasure. One way to do this is with curating and repurposing content in positioning yourself as an ‘expert’ on a particular topic. So when you are on Facebook, you would find all the information pages that fits with what you are selling. You would then look for posts where there is lots of engagement and share it to your Facebook page. You’d include your expert opinion on the subject as well as a shout out or tag to the page/person from where you’ve shared the information from. For example, I follow pages on Facebook about Bucket Lists, Dreams and Aspirational Travel and so when I share a post about the world’s fastest roller coaster that they may like to try with our Facebook page, our followers almost immediately jump in to comment and share.

Key to remember ~ Create and/or share content that your followers will want to share.

I have attached a bit size lesson for you to complete which includes far more detail on the benefits of Curating and Repurposing Content. I can confirm that this method works as we have used it over the years. It does help if whomever is working your FB feed, enjoys FB inside and out.

Topic #2 ~ Let Clients Sell your Products

By now you’ll be aware that I’m obsessed with client reviews. I am also obsessed with asking my clients (via whatsapp) if they will share images of their experience day with us. I always ask them for permission to share with our followers across our social media platforms which they are happy to do. Once you have a nice collection of client reviews with images of happy clients using their products etc. you can then use this ‘realness’ when you are advertising on social media. My suggestion is to add a simple creative designed using Canva with a collection or a few of the best client pictures as well as their customer review. You’d need only add a short blurb about the product, include the price and most importantly your whatsapp number for more information or the link to the product/service and watch the reaction. If followers show good interest or if its one of your best sellers, then you’re well positioned to boost a winning post.

Enjoy the rest of your day.”
