Do you have an advertising budget?
Do you know what/where you are spending your advertising budget on every month?

Are you tracking your advertising spend and your turn over to see if the advertising is worthwhile?
What patterns/statistics are you drawing from your analytic/metric reports?
Do you know where your traffic is coming from and what your top referring links are?

These are some questions to think about and implement if not already in place.

We must keep track of our spend and use it wisely. Every penny we spend must work in our favour and if its not performing then it must be allocated to another campaign that is working well.
