
When we are communicating with our customers we have to make it as easy for them as possible to find the answers to their questions but most importantly to send them to the right page in order to make a successful purchase.
We almost need to be spoon-feeding our customers in the right direction to increase the chance of a sale.
When times are good and cash flow is abundant, I have let this ball drop for reasons of speed, however, given the current climate, I find myself spending more time on the right clients in the hopes of securing the sale.
